Anil Kumar Yadav Poluboina is an Indian politician from the YSR Congress Party. He has contested as a YSR Congress Party member in 2014 and 2019 elections for Member of Legislative Assembly from Nellore City constituency and won the elections. He is a former Minister for Irrigation (Water Resources) in Andhra Pradesh.

P Anil Kumar Yadava was born to P Thirupalaiah and Sailaja in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. He completed BDS education from the SRM University at Chennai in 1986.
Early life & Career
P Anil Kumar Yadav (born 1980) is an Indian politician from the state of Andhra Pradesh. He has served as the Minister for Irrigation since 2019- 2022. A member of the YSR Congress Party, he is a member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly from the Nellore city constituency from 2014- 2019 elections.
He entered politics with Indian National Congress. After the death of Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, he continued his support of Reddy's son Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.In March 2011, he joined Jagan's newly-founded YSR Congress Party and has been a spokesperson for that party.He was elected the Member of the Legislative Assembly from Nellore City constituency during 2014 and 2019.

Dr. P. Anil Kumar Yadav, the current Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing Nellore City, has had a remarkable journey in the world of politics.
In 2008, Dr. P. Anil Kumar Yadav entered the realm of corporate elections and emerged victorious. Subsequently, in 2009, he contested for MLA from Nellore City from the Congress party and lost with 90 votes. Following this, he established a personal office, Rajaanna Bhavan and used his resources to initiate various programs for the betterment of the public. Dr. P. Anil Kumar Yadav dedicated himself to projects such as the provision of clean water through water tanks and actively responded to multiple crises with his own funds.
Moving forward to 2014, Dr. P. Anil Kumar Yadav joined the YSR Congress Party and won yet again. With a steadfast commitment to the welfare of his constituents, he embarked on numerous initiatives, including community development, education, and healthcare programs.
Positions and representations
In 2019, Dr. P. Anil Kumar Yadav assumed a ministerial role and took charge of the Water Resources Department in the state cabinet. Continuing his dedication to public service, he spearheaded various development programs in the city of Nellore. He not only oversaw the growth of 23 parks but also played a vital role in the construction of the Haranathapuram Flyover Bridge, a project benefiting the community for years to come.
In addition to his political endeavors, Dr. P. Anil Kumar Yadav championed infrastructure projects like the Jaffar Sahab Canal and played a crucial role in addressing the public's needs during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. His continuous efforts, including the distribution of sanitation masks and essential supplies, proved to be a lifeline for the people of Nellore.
